Note

Saw the physio this morning, Just a strain of the gluteus medius, probably due to running the curve on the track and trying to put power down consistently through that leg when i havent done it sooo long!

couple rest days and should be good with some stretching and icing.

Running intervals 30:50 [4] 5.9 km (5:14 / km)
ahr:157 max:192 (injured) shoes: Brooks T3 Racers

Headed down to Calwell Ovals for some ints as i needed the sleep in on thurs and wasnt going to cockies

Didnt really know what i wanted to do but was think 800/400 3 times with some kind of recovery.

did the first 800, incredily slow in 2.44 and started to feel tight in the right hip. had a quick stretch and kept going. Did the 400, realised i had stopped the watch not taken a lap. was feeling shit and thought well ill do a few 200m and back up to 400/800. Did a 200, 29', and felt the niggle in the hip. decided i wanted to do 400 and took off by pulled up after 180 when the hip went.

slow jog warm down

crap session, hip is bloody sore the next morning, physio appt tomorrow

need to learn to do ints
