Fells run with Scott and others. Got to the Stone Tower (as far from the truck as I could be) and my calf grabbed big time. Doesn't feel good at all..... Ended up walking out

Assabet from Egg Rock up to Damon Mill and back again. Just over an hour upstream (and into the wind some) and 42 minutes back down again. Reasonable amount of water in there, and a lot of trees to avoid

at Great Glen, two parts, about 30 minutes then the rest. Did pretty much all the trails that were open the second time out
