Skiing (Cross country) (Skate) 30:00 [2]

Went to Weston. Did not have fun. Refreezing rutted mess in places, hardpan ice in others. Bailed, as I didn't want to risk falling and damaging my shoulder
5 PM

Ski Erg 25:00 [2]

...... so I ski erged some. Perhaps a little too much. Shoulder is a little sore now, but it is all muscular, so hopefully it'll calm down

Shoulder pt at the office. Same as Monday

Running (Trails) 55:00 [3] 5.4 mi (10:11 / mi)
shoes: LaSportiva Bushido II

Slushy slippery mess out there, and getting dark at the end/ Forgot my watch, so was doing it by feel, and felt OK the whole time. Slightly tight calves at the end, but that is to be expected running in the mess that was on the ground

Hiking warm up/down 5:00 [1]

After. There wasn't time for a warm up given it was getting dark!

Stretching 5:00 [0]

Legs

Monday Feb 22, 2021 #

6 PM

PT 25:00 [1]

At the office, a bunch of massage of tight rotator cuff muscles, then a bunch of high volume shoulder exercises using pulleys and light dumbells

Skiing (Cross country) (Skate) 1:21:00 [2] 11.0 mi (7:22 / mi)

Weston again, with Kristin. Did everything twice (it was all open), with the exception of the man made side which we only did once. Shoulder not totally happy with it, but it feels more muscular than anything else. Had to do it as this week looks like a lot of the snow will go
