Meant to go for an easy 30 min tempo, but as soon as I landed on my right leg it spasmed. Decided to try jogging (basically fast walking speed) and that wasn't too great either so decided running wasn't working today. Biking is alright as long as I'm sitting. If standing, my right leg just has to coast the upper portion. Might go for a short ride if I'm feeling motivated

Training on route choice but thanks to my high quality headlamp, I tripped over a log and hit my thigh off a log I crashed into. Leg seized up, so after some jogging just called it a night
