Good race navigationally, but slow overall. I need to work on making decisions faster, pushing myself through the entire race, and training physically by actually running throughout the week.

Drove straight to soccer on Bainbridge Island after orienteering. We missed the ferry that would have brought us there on time, so I missed the first part of the game.
Sprints for fitness near the start of practice which were good. With running XC and distance for track I don't often get little sprints in. We only had 6 girls tonight, so we combined with the younger girls, and it was alright to play with them.
