Riverside state park! A couple bobbles but nothing too major. My worst control was probably 6. We got to swim in the river afterwards with Caroline :)

Fishtrap Lake goat. I skipped 24 and 25. This was fun but really really long. At the third water stop, I stopped for a while to guzzle down lots of water and eat a bar. My stomach was sloshing for the next control :/ and Siri caught up to me after that. Oh well. I ended honeybee off than my dad, who missed the water and suffered from some nasty dehydration.

Running tempo 47:02 [4] 5.38 mi (8:45 / mi) +83m 8:21 / mi
shoes: Asics Gel Excite 3

2.5 mi out as a warmup, 1.5 mi tempo back at 7:16/mi pace, 1.3 mi around town making my way back to the condo.
My original plan was 3 mi out, 2 mi tempo, and 1 mi cool down, but I decided to cut it a bit shorter. I want to kick this cold completely. Also I've discovered that it's really hard to run alone.
Fishtrap lake in 2 days! I've heard so many good things about this map that I'm super excited for it :)

Mountain Biking 4:00:00 [3] 13.0 mi (3.2 mph) +837m

Really pretty ride on the Greenhorn-Mahoney trail system. The trail was winding through valleys and over ridge tops, through meadows and forests. My watch died at 9.7mi so I'm only guessing on the distance, and the climb is a bit more than what I have too. Still sick so I'm not climbing mountains with the fam tomorrow but planning on running instead.

Mountain Biking 2:30:00 [3] 12.0 mi (4.8 mph)

Yikes my legs are super tired from everything over the past few days. I iced my knee again--it's still hurting :( I'll give it 3 more days before I start to worry though. I'm also still possibly/probably sick. My attempts at denying it are unsuccessful.
This ride was really pretty but somewhat annoying since my chain kept falling off my chainrings.

Hiking 6:00:00 [3] 13.5 mi (26:40 / mi) +1500m 19:49 / mi

Siri, my dad, and I climbed 3 peaks today to make up for the two we didn't climb the other day. Devil's Bedstead West, Phi Kappa, and 10585. (not all the mountains have names, even if they are real mountains, so they're named by their elevation. weird.) Fun, but tiring and a lot of sun. My knee/upper tibia hurts a little so I iced it afterwards. Hopefully just a minor ache.
