Control Challenge: 423 for the entire challenge! That's a lot better than I've done in past years, and I'm happy about it. Gotta keep it up for next year's challenge too!

15 min warmup, 8x 30sec on/30sec off, 10 min cool down. I ate a bug on the last interval by accident which took me out of commission for that interval, so I did an extra one to make up for it. Felt good, like I could have done more intervals, but not gone much faster. Cut my watch short by accident, so it's missing most of the cool down time/distance.
