LR solo. Ran up triple tree neighborhood via Nash, and followed the main drag all the way out to Kagy (almost to Fort Ellis) before looping back on Sourdough and Goldenstein. Pretty fun road route except for the section on Kagy without trails or sidewalk. R foot was feeling a lot better than last time (thanks to the shoe swap?), but my calves were really really tight by the end of this.
