Played with Zack, Becca, my girls, and Zack's boys. Otis stayed with my mom and dad. Less intense than yesterday, but still a good workout and lots of fun.

Rode all the trails at Murphy Hanrehan Park in Shakopee while Zack ran. Some fun features for Fat Bikes there. Nice trails. Lots of fun. Chill pace.

Played with Dad, Zack, and Jackson. We switched the teams up, and we had a lot of fun. Haven't played in years, but it turns out I can still dunk. Actually that's not true. Never could and never will.

Rented a Kona Wo Fat Bike and ride the snowy trails while Zack ran here in MN. Sooooo much fun. If I lived up here, I'd definitely get a fat bike. Bob would've loves that shit.

With the wind chill it was -8. My hands froze for the first half hour (I need to get some nice lobster gloves), but my toes did pretty good since I was riding flats in my Hokas.

B1. Bench Press - 134x6, 185x3, 235x5
B2. Chin Up - BWx2,2, +10x5
C1. Reverse Crunch - holding onto 8#x 15
C2. KB Swing - 44x20
