really dissapointed with todays effort as well,
head wasnt in it after yesterday and i couldnt push myself
two blood blisters the size of my palms, a limp and 2 bad results. what a shit weekend
think i will take some forced rest, i can hardly walk on these blisters,

Run down to warringal parklands and back with a few hills, got an unexpected streghth workout when i had to push an old granny's broken down car off the road for her. and it wasnt a pulsar
