swimming intervals with frosty, did 2x100m, 1x200m, 4x50m

100s were roughly 1'35", 200 was 3'30" and the 50s were about 40"
we gave ourselves about a minute between them, was nearly spewing by the end. good session

sprint race at monash uni. great course.. caught kezza on the long leg to 5 and we were together until 16, where i lost the plot and lost kez, pumped it to try and get back to him, but never did

sprint course at darebin parklands as part of the weekend sprint training camp. caught bruce after he stopped to move a misplaced control, didnt really orienteer after that.. bruce proved to be the king of descent, smashed me downhill
