Running intervals 1:20:00 [3] 19.5 km (4:06 / km)

went out for a 40 min jog with giancarlo but we decided along the way we should do some intervals so we did a long warm up then 5km (3.40/km), 3km(3.20/km) and 2x1km(3.14, 3.03) intervals on the loppett trail. legs heavy after saturdays run but going pretty good.

3km warm up then 20km tempo (just under 4/km) with giancarlo, mate and Jules on the loppet trail. steeper, tougher and hotter than last weeks. solid run

Long tempo on the trails from Jules' place for his birthday with zsolt, Giancarlo, jules and mate. Happy with form so thought id get back on ap. At least for a day. last km was 3.28 and feeling really good
