Wasnt feeling too great today, couldnt push myself for the first two thirds of the course, and was a pussy crossing the creeks, walking around and trying not to get my feet wet, but really tried to push it harder on the last loop to try and make up for lost time(but leg 16 to 17 was one of the cruelest things anyones ever done to me), made a few mistakes, 2 mins at 5 from running too far and about 2 mins at 7, couldnt find those fucken pits for the life of me!! lost time to shoe lace retying as well, i ran in the asics tribucos which was a mistake as those shoes are really shit. was nice to run on a new area though. was bloody cold though. ended up beating toph by 6 seconds but bruce got me by about 2 minutes though.

local event at sedgwick, nice map, beautiful day
was slightly hungover after a few to many scoth and cokes last night, so didnt go hard at all just wanted to get around without being sick. jimbo if ever you wanted to beat me again today was the day mate. i think i could have shaved 5mins off this time if i had of been feeling ok

pretty hard interval session down at yarra flats, 1min, 2min, 3min, 4min, 3min, 2min, 1min, each with 2 min recovery, feeling reasonably good considering how sick i was on tuesday

was feeling a bit better today so i went for a morning jog to warmup for the intercollege running relay which i thought was going to be on today but got cancelled due to rain, phew!!!
anyway spring is definately here because i got swooped by a magpie, this is earlier than i remeber it happening before..
