started the local event but gave up early on cos i was sick. bowels were moving faster than my legs. oh well

went for a longer run today. was running pretty hard. it was a tough run because i did 5 reps of one tree hill in the middle of it. i am feeling weak on hills so im going to do this sort of thing as much as possible. first run ive done by myself for a while now that indre has gone

run around one tree hill with indre. stopped in at the aths track on the way home to watch a 16 yr old kid run an 8.52 3km time trial in his first race at the distance
