orienteering 35:00 [3]

after the day before i knew before i started that i would not be finishing this race, didnt get as far into as i would have liked, started getting a bit of pain in the fracture area, i didnt need any more convincing to pull the pin... i was out, bit of a shame cos the course was a cracker

evening ride, hadnt felt like i had done much exercise today...
some pretty strong cross winds, nearly got blown off the bike a couple of times

middle distance, was going alright for the first half but was just not fit enough after about 7, had to walk up nearly every hill, lost about a minut at 7 and 30s at 9 but apart from that it was clean, close race in the end

easy cruise, really havnt been feeling good this week, so taking it pretty easy

intervals tonight but wasnt feeling flash at all so just did two 1km reps and called it quits. jogged for a warm up and cool down
