back down in D grade after the failed C grade experient. Good to be back and win a game for a change (7-3) but shit to be playing a bunch of hack cnuts who dish out elbows and blood noses to us when they are a few goals down. fucken arseholes

went to lake neanger to do my kms tonight. by myself tonight, legs were feeling pretty heavy from the weekend and i want to freshen up before the NOL's so i only did 4 kms tonight (3.16, 3.16, 3.15, 3.11) 1min rest between them
