home to mt herbert and back.
ran with the sunday morning group for 45mins or so then jimbo and i peeled off and continued to mt herbert. nice run, have wanted to get up there for ages, the climb was a fair bit steeper than i thought it would be, but the view was great from the top

finally got my mountain bike fixed up and took it for the first spin since probably 2007 when i got my road bike.

went up to one tree hill for some eddie wymer intervals, only got through 1 and 1/2 before i rolled my ankle, just jogged a bit after that, will have to start doing these in better light and start strapping the christ out of my ankle

8 x 1km reps down at the lake, 90 sec recoveries. (times were 3.13-3.19).
awesome session. all by myself this week, might have to stir some people up for lake sessions again because i dont think rise against are going to release an album-of-the-year every week, so i will fast run out of stuff to listen to if im by myself
