did km reps on the buivydishkes goat track.. did 6 with 60secs between them.. times were 3.12-3.15
ate a whole bunch of shit today and was so hungry when i got home that i smashed 3 bowls of cereal, 1 tub of yoghurt, a banana and a pint in about 15 minutes. gotta start eating better now that im training properly

did 12 with 30secs and 2 minutes after the sixth, times were 74-76, finished off with a 70
