Running tempo 1:10:07 [3] 18.2 km (3:51 / km) +190m 3:40 / km

after a couple of days off i went out for a longer tempo run with the linne group. pace was about 3.55-km for the first 10km or so, then henrik got to the front and it dropped to 3.30-km in the second half which was hard work and a bit quick for me at that stage. a few of the guys continued on for the full 21.1km but 18 was enough for me. jogged home with oskar. good run with a good group. getting cold again but.

did a mona fartlek today on the trail loop near home. went hard out but its pretty undulating so the distance covered was nothing special.

Tuesday night o with the linne group. Starting to feel a bit stronger in the terrain and I think it helped taking the morning off. Need to get a better light though, the ayups dont cut it over here, couldn't navigate at night at that pace when I was out the front of the group. Did the last couple of km with Oskar sjö after the A(lbin) team got away from us. Only real low point was getting pretty much submerged in a marsh at about the 10km mark. Had to keep moving after that to stay warm
