Long pool running sessions including 3 monna fartleks. The malungs boys were heading out for a long run and I was planning to join them but the calf was a bit tender so pool instead. Bottomless Fanta at subway after

Night o with the malungs boys. Stuffed 3, got caught by mattias and Jules, stuffed 9 and lost them.. Off the back of the pack until 14 lost time and motivation after that, Really struggle at night , especially in the vague areas. Still a lot of snow around. Tough

Pool running. 10mins warm up 3xmonna, 10 mins cool down. Had electric acupuncture on my calf today. Fuckin awesome

orienteering race 40:00 [3]

Technical middle in goteborg. Great area, low visibility and very technical. Blew 3 mins on both of 3 and 12, both with lazy direction out of and into controls. Otherwise a solid run and moving alright
