Note

Just failed the online anti doping course (got a question about the irrelevant whereabouts policy wrong) so i will have to spend a fair chunk of the rest of the day/night learning about an athletes whereabouts policy that has not ever and will not ever apply to then re-sit the test. Happy days.
UPDATE. started module one and feel dumber for it, this is painful. six modules to go
UPDATE: stuck on a question. finish this sentence:
'a clean and fair athlete believes in .........'
options: fairness, integrity of sport, respect, a level playing field, pure performance.
ive got it wrong twice now. hint, the answer is pure performance and not any of the other options. i would have thought they all hold true (particularly fairness as the opening line indicates the athlete is clean and fair) but nup, pure performance it is.
this thing is a joke.
UPDATE: level 1 done.. took about 4 hrs to fail the test twice and then create another profile to try the test again only to fail it and then to finally resign myself to having to do the 6 modules. did them. learnt nothing.
level two wont work so im off to bed

Long pool running session. Tried to do a tempo effort, did straights and bends in the 50m pool tempo straights (~4mins) easy bends 1min. Did 90 mins of it

Intervals down the bjorkhagen track with JD and FB. Got through 3x1km before the calf started to flare up again.. Felt rough as which is to be expected..

orienteering race 16:33 [5]

lidingo sprint, first hard run for 3 weeks or so and it really hurt. orienteering was alright only had maybe 2x 10sec route choice errors, but the course was pretty easy and I wasn't really moving that fast. got to do a few more hard sessions to get back into, calf was alright.. could feel it but it was ok. jules was in good nick putting 30 seconds into the oyster for the title
