long run on the lidingo trail, giancarlo joined me for the second half so that turned out to be solid work. every run of his starts at about 4mins/km and finishes in about 3.30/km and this one was no different

fartlek with the boys (zsolt and gc). did giancarlo's fartlek tonight which was pretty good idea. first person runs hard for something between 30secs and 2 mins (whatever he feels like without looking at the watch) then runs a float for as long as it takes for one of the other guys to start running hard. good session that you dont spend the whole time looking at your watch. first hard session in ages. and it felt like it
