innebandy (indoor hockey) with workmates at lunch. pretty good work out.
had a below par start to the day with a freezing cold shower because last night after the long run oystein blew up the fusebox by using the sauna at the same time as he was cooking 3kg of salmon in the oven. whoever said that scandinavians were good at conserving energy is full of it.

intervals, with lidingo guys at edvald boson hagan. meant to be 1000, 1000, 800, 1000, 1000, 800 with a minute. but i popped on the second last one and got a stitch so i cheated and did 1000, 1000, 800, 1000, 600, 800. times were 3.10, 3.05, 2.29, 3.05, 1.52, 2.24. stayed with the group and we finished them all together except the last one where giancarlo dropped the hammer and smashed us all
