ran with oystein and gian, but i wanted to do a tempo run so i left them after a few kms and did 5km at 3.35mins/km by myself, wanted to do 10km at that pace but i felt like shit so i stopped at 5km

hard intervals session with giancarlo to hopefully find some motivation again and feel a bit better. went hard and felt a lot better after
we ran 6 sets of 300m-500m-300m with 1min rest between reps and 3.30 rest between sets. times and pace were good
