Progressive tempo run with gian. started out at the first few kms in 4.10min/km and finished the last few in 3.30min/km for an average speed of 3.51mins/km. very good quality session. pretty warm morning out, went for a loop of djugården from home, this was the first time i have done this loop and apart from having to run a couple of km through the docks it is a great run with nice views of the city. good to get off the island for a long run for a change.
ran past stuart fell at about the 18km mark. he was on a bike going the other way and he did a u turn and paced me throught the last couple of km. good to catch up with him finally

easy 400s with gian, did 6x 400m with a minute recovery. 80,75,74,75,74,68.
good way to round off a big day of training, possibly my biggest ever.
34km running including 20km@3.50 and 6x400m.

massive group for intervals tonight. me, jules, anders, oystein, gian, zolt, mate and nic. good to have all the boys back it has been ages since we have such a big group.
did the 1.2km loop at boson, its roughly a 1200m trail loop pretty undulating with one really steep climb in it, did 7 reps with 2 mins recovery times were 4.19, 4.16, 4.19, 4.21, 4.24, 4.22, 4.27. died on the last one but otherwise was pretty happy with the session

did the same loop back in march with zolt, that time i did 5 reps and my times were 4.19, 4.26, 4.22, 4.28, 4.22. good to see some improvement
