MelBushO at Candlebark Park.

First one of these I've been to in a while. Felt like I'd been to many of the control sites before. Absolutely gorgeous day for a jog though :)

Took less time than I expected!

Running 23:26 [3] 5.0 km (4:41 / km)

Coburg Parkrun.

Got a bit carried away and competitive. I was passing people on the uphills for the first half (I must have super glutes after all the bridges I've done in the last few months ;) ), but it was a bit of a slog on the way back.

Only 7s slower than Parkville a few weeks ago, but with some real (relatively) hills.

Another half Parkrun on the way home to turn it into a long run. Just pottered along slowly to the Farmers Market (which has conveniently moved closer to home).

Late night swim. So nice when the pool is almost empty :)

About 14 laps with pull buoy, 28 without. Felt pretty good tonight. Although have had weird random pains in legs during the day, seemingly unrelated to anything.

In the slow group (pretty exciting that there were enough people to have a fast and slow group!). Also pretty exciting to be running with people for a change. It's been a while.
