Longish run.

Didn't feel particularly fast, but pace was quicker than last week :) May have been slightly wind-assisted for part of it. Happy with that.

More stretching than strength this morning

Riding 58:29 [3] 23.75 km (2:28 / km)

After last week's cruisy 14 laps of the Teardrop, I figured I could probably make it to 15 within regulation time. I was right - did 17 this morning in a fairly hard hour of power.

Must have been consistent - strava tells me first 5 laps were 11:23, then 11:24, then 11:23. It was a little bit blowy on the climb.

Managed to avoid all the people walking, riding and photographing in the middle of the road.

Token teardrop, then around the rest of the Boulie. It was very peaceful and quiet out on the Boulie - only counted 6 cars the entire time. Also a lovely photo-worthy sunset behind the city, but my phone camera wouldn't do it justice.

Right knee just slightly sore - will look after it.

Pyramid intervals around Darling Gardens.

2', 3', 4', 3', 2' with 1' recovery.

Felt like hard work, and was slower than last time :(

Warm down to get home before 8.
