Boulie + 2x Teardrop.

Legs were feeling pretty tired at the start, but faster towards the end for some reason??

Time for an easy week, and not getting carried away with being allowed outside for 2 hours!

Long run around Yarra Bend.

Felt a lot like hard work. Hills are hard. Will be an easy week next week. Managed to build up the long runs to the allowed hour over the 6 weeks - not sure I'll be building up to 2 hours over the next few weeks!

Yoga 15:00 [1]

Yoga was so hard that I couldn't do most of it, which made it rather easy instead.

Run around the bike path and down Canning St. Same way I have occasionally run to work.

Tempo kms 2 and 4, with a bonus tempo 500m in the 6th km. Legs felt fairly unco at the start.

Home with about 6 mins to spare.
