Orienteering 1:07:09 [3] 7.5 km (8:57 / km)

Orienteering - Sedgwick North

Perfect afternoon for a run. Legs felt fairly leaden at the start, but seemed to loosen up a bit later on. Maybe I just need to warm up. Navigation was fine, but very stop-start.

Very pleasant area for a run, and great courses (even if there wasn't much value for money in terms of number of controls ;) ). Would be keen to run it again on legs that are feeling fresher.

Turns out the path I chose for these was shorter and not as well lit as I remembered. Legs feeling ok, lower back felt like it was tightening up a bit.

Slow evening jog. Legs feeling pretty weary at the start, but loosened up a little. Must do some foam rolling tonight.
