In the hope that enough german orienteers read this..
As it got delivered to me that some german orienteers got the impression on Sunday at the German-Cup that after I made a mistake to the first control on the first leg just "jogged" the rest til the finish..
Well yes thats true but it is (with everything) important to know the full story.

When I write I got a headache I mean it! I had real pain in my head, so uncomfortable that I almost sat down in the middle of the forest to rest. After some walking I realized that jogging works as much that I can get from one control to the other. So I hoped that it gets better. My head and body weren´t getting better the next controls (also not til in the finish) so I didn´t stop the races but tried to finish it which I did.
(I could have tried to push hard again when I felt just slightly better but I didn´t because I didn´t wanted to get sick (because I did that once and got completely sick) and yes it might be selfish to be cautious because of JEC but that´s the way it is!)

Everyone who knows me, knows that I am "lone-fighter" but also knows that I am honest in what I do and don´t pull of shit!
So if anyone should think I "blew" off the relay because I made a mistake and didn´t consider it worth it anymore: You´re wrong, and next time ask before making a judgement!
