For a few days already I have a little strange feeling in the left hamstring and today it felt not so good after 15min, but no way that I skip the longrun!
The problems became not worse so I was happy to finish the training as planed and it feels actually really good, that I made that decision. I will see how it feels tomorrow, but I did another weeks with over 70km :)

Super nice to run fast in the forest again, but I was really, really tired already after the first interval, I don‘t know why. Therefore, it was quite tough to orientate on my own and make no mistakes, which was quite possible until the last two intervals. There I was more following than orientating.

One second slower than May 2020.
I thought I could run under 26min, but I was tired already after 3km and had to fight all the way to the finish. I did absolutely everything I could and could not have been faster today.
I didn't reach my goal, but I'm not disappointed, because I had only a few weeks of good training after my injury and now I know where I stand.
It was really nice to have a race again and to be excited together with the other guys in the club. And after my roommate ran a new club record, we were all quite happy after the race
