Hm, quite disappointed about this race. I took not the best runner’s choice but then I chose also bad route choices. I don't know why, but I was not ready for the high speed. I was busier with route planning in the legs I had together with the others than preparing my own runners choice. That's why I did not see the best route to control 6. I was also alone on my runner’s choice and at control 8 I was 20m behind all the others. That was too much. I came a little bit closer with a better route choice to control 9 and try to push really hard, but I was not strong enough to come back and into the top 3. Sad, but it was a good lesson!

Good, solid race and therefore also a nice result. Not always the best routechoice, but no bigger mistakes. Got a capital Q and tomorrow I will fight for an even better result!

Short but super fast training on gras. After every intervall I had to solve one routechoice problem, that was really nice.
