First test in the forest and the pain is back :( With last week, I had nearly 6 days after the EOC without having pain in the hip, but the higher amount of climbing meters yesterday and today plus the forest today were too much. More comments maybe in the next days because right now, I'm just frustrated.

As yesterday. Feeling the knee but no pain. After the run I had even the feeling that it got better, but who knows ... Otherwise feeling better from day to day

Here is my problem: Yesterday I decided to train on the bike, just to give my hip and everything else a little bit time, to adapt to the increasing training again, so in other words something like "injury prophylaxis". But after one hour on the bike, I got serious pain in the left knee (close to the position of a runner’s knee), which I felt already a little bit two days ago driving into the city on my bike. The pain got so bad that I could not drive fast anymore, and I decided to go quit the training. But back at home I realised that I have only pain if I bend the knee and push or have weight on the knee. That is why I went out for a run today, because I have no pain when I am running. However, I felt the knee the entire run, so I decided not to run too much, just to see how it affects the knee. I am a little bit afraid of getting real problems, also when running, but the entire thing is super strange. I don't know where it comes from, what it is or what I can train. What is wrong with my body???
