Nice forest, got what I wanted, good steady run, did make a meal of 1, didn't think on the way to it, got into gear soon after. Flapped about a bit at 21, just wasn't reading the map

Seem to always not leave myself emough time to put out controls, which meant I had to run a bit

No one else seemed to be organising teams.. Got out for a lap while the 2nd leg runner was going around

Started 6 secs or so in front of Mike, there was no way I could run his time, so he went pass in the 1st lap, I may have made back some of it in the last of 3 laps

With Victor, looks like I got him by 1 sec, not bad seeing I bet Leigh by the same time last week. Would be interesting in a head-to-head race

It was cold today, thermal, 2 tops and a rain jacket did the trick. Out to Sandhurst Res, and around the back, then along the channel to Sth Mandy Rd, back through Mandurang forest and along the YM run. Had to do a block or so to get the time up
