Note

Blood test results came back this morning and showed a vitamin D deficiency... Of all the things that could have been depleted from seven days of racing in Alaska - land of the midnight sun - this was definitely not on my radar. Going to chat with the doc more later this week to see if it could be indicative of something else, and start on supplements in the meantime.
