Green Ribbon Trail with Kim - muddy mess as usual, made more adventurous with some cinderblocks missing on the creek crossing. Got stopped by construction after a mile so turned back with plans to continue on the GA XC course. I felt solid running for the first 1 1/3 miles, then got a pretty intense side stitch. So, we walked it in from there.

Tried running for the first time since tripping on the steps on Monday and hurting my foot. Foot felt fine, body not so much - quickly transitioned to walking.
