Final six. Spent the day focused on an ailing pup and didn’t eat or drink enough, and I felt it during these miles. Like yesterday, first four were a chore and then I settled in.

Ten miles on the treadmill before dinner yesterday was much easier than eleven miles on the treadmill after today. Took about four miles to feel functional. Calves and hamstrings weren't thrilled for the duration. One more day, twelve more miles...
