Got day off work as P is leaving me for 7weeks so went for a nice early run, Just went from home and up into Belmount, Wicked morning.
So 7weeks with no one to tell me what to do, what should i do first!!!

Easy run around Mt Vic felt bit slow and tired, could be from work as had to move shit loads of Gib so that near killed me would have helped my guns thou!! I could also be tired because i haven't had a day off in a while

Man that was a hard race, I have done it before and remember it being hard but not that hard. Dont know time i did last time but i would guess it would have been slower well at least i hope it was.
Came 8th overall so not to bad was 4min behind winner. I heard the best time done is 36min which is damm fast for 10km on a rather hilly course

Run (Half Marathon ) 1:17:30 [3] 21.4 km (3:37 / km)

Started off ok then got slower and slower, also started off clear and then it got wetter and wetter!! Boring race long boring straight roads, Was first overall ran by myself for whole race. Time was rather slow too but then was a bit longer than a half

My watch said i burnt 1500 calories so might have to have a double down burger tomorrow oooohhh baby!!

Top of the table clash. Smashed em bro, 4 - 2 Was good match apart from muddy bog of a feild, got another man of the match aswell

Took a knock to knee but hope will be fine tomorrow for half.

Was supposed to be going on a mission from catchpool but Jamie chickened out!! So we went to the Oing instead, Was at Karori park, made quite a few mistakes and was bit slow up the hills, Did a warm up and down.

Warm up with P around QE Park, then i went off did a bit by myself just getting back in time to see her run past. After that went out with Scottish boys for there warm down run.

3 Hr rogaine with Jamie, Was wicked night for it and a preaty well set course. Sorted out a good loop and went for it. Started to hurt after about 2.5hrs then last run in was a mission. Think we would have won

Well not to sure how long the run was as i started my watch late, but think it was around 1hr50min. Was preaty sweet run and Jamie was right for a change about how long the run would take!! Still having problems with my Achilles thinking it could be caused from soccer but hoping it will go away.
