Felt good along the flat, good up hill then just before hill top got massive stitch got to top and for about the first 1/3 of downhill had to keep stopping as i couldnt run. I always seem to have this problem on this race happend to me last year. Not to sure on my finish time as didnt have my watch on, think it was slower than last year thou

Parked at Aro Valley then up to Windmill along mtb tracks then followed fence line around to Wrights hill, did a bit of a longer loop around there and then followed fence rest of way to Zealander and to Northland

Run in the Tararuas, Parked at the end of Marchant road and did the Dobson loop, died hard core near the end needed some water and food. Wanted to walk the last 20min but P kept smacking me with her whip!!

Run after work around Makara mountain bike park, Up Koro, Sally Alley, Missing link, down Nikau Valley, back up Leaping lizard to Top then down North face, sally alley, lazy fern. Felt good. Achilles didnt!!

Was just going to be a easy run but then ran into a Scottish clubmate so ran with him. Ended up going up to windmill again then i turned off cos he was heading out further and i had to get back for oing. Ended up running at a faster pace than i should have been but ohh well

Last run in Queenstown so went out to Routeburn track with P and Greg, Just went up to saddle and back, felt really tired from reps last night and legs died on last 30min looking forward to doing nothing tomorrow.

Did reps with the local Queenstown runners, cant remeber what we did something like 4min hard 2.5min off, 2min on 1min off 1min on then 1 off did 2 lots then some 1min ones. This could be wrong

Half marathon up on ski farm in wanaka, was a four lap course with few hills and 200m of marsh. I came second I think around 1min behind. It was nice little event had heaps of prizes too which was good cos it didnt cost much to enter

Walked up to top of remarkables, wicked veiws!! car ride up wasnt so much fun thanks to andys shitty truck with a broken back window which made us get coated in dust!!

Cycling (Mtb Downhill) 27:00 [5] 13.0 km (2:05 / km)

Biked down from top of Remarkables man i was scared andy took off on his down hill bike, i was stuck on the slower xc bike. We lost 1200m in height, good fun!
