ROC generate museum. a very small flat area. A couple of mistake and one questionable control. Was able to run without big knee problems.

Roller skiing 1:41:33 [3] 16.68 km (9.9 kph)

Canal path with Stina. Warm up with ski to GVP, then start double pole workouts. 3x 5 min.double pole and 2x2 double pole up rei hill, mixed in with 2 x 2 no pole up the hill. These are good woetkouts.

Full moon paddle of Candice with Stina. A semi cold , cloudy night. Temperature ~37° and only saw the Moon a few times. A bit over dressed with a tee shirt, yellow PI jersey and black fleece.
