Another ride to see how the left leg reacts. To south Lima via garden street, past the gun club to kavanaugh and home. Rode easy but the calf just below the knee got very tight. Stretched after the ride which seemed to help.

Dryer road with Stina. I set the watch to pause recording when stopped so the avg speed and average HR will be higher than previously reported. Nice day around low 60s. Rode the easy trails and some of the bit harder ones that we have not ridden for a while (gully, chutes and ladders, stormy, )

April's full moon paddle with Stina. A super moon/pink moon. On the cool side about 40 degs but dead calm. Paddled canadice hoping to hear thousands of spring peppers but no such luck. We did hear a large group of pretty close very noisy cayotes which was really cool.

A 2018 Mendon red course using uslyngo. Legs and my left knee swelling prevented any running. Uslyngo seemed lost until I switched to score-o mode after it would not find the most obvious control in the course. It still took some wondering around at several controls but in general it was better than most of the other times I used it.
