Felt pretty floaty for the first half which was lovely. Second half a bit tougher, but overall very decent.
First outing for my new MTN Racer trail shoes and they passed the test with flying colours. Very sturdy at the back yet loads of room for toes - bingo.

Tempo run - another 40 secs off but this was tough. Although I started wondering whether I could do this loop in under 30 minutes (which would be under 4m/k) - why not?

For once, body was ok but legs were knackered. On a positive note, took it pretty easy but the time was decent. And for the time being, the calf is fine.
