Stared off having a really good run. To 5th control stopped a bit short as it was a depression, probably lost a bit of time there. While running from 5 to 6 I rolled my ankle and I thought I heard/ felt a ping. Got to 6 limping and decided to try and walk back. Iced it and went to Emergency at Joondalup hospital as I thought possible break as it was more painful then last time and it swelled up quickly. Thank goodness X-ray was cleared, just bad sprain. On crutches and doing RICE. Seeing physio tomorrow. Last 2 runs when I was going well same thing happened, due to what appears to be lovely open running but I must be careful of stones ground not mapped!
