Did some core and strength exercises as unable to swim for another week due to chest.

Pretty good run today. Foot not as sore as usual. Dropped 1 control quite badly in 10th spot for that split , otherwise top 2 on 9 controls.

School cross country. 5th overall school, 1st year 9. Slow time as not training must due to foot. Only needed to win to get points for year group.
