Yoga 1:30:00 [1]

First yoga class for over a year. Lovely teacher and it definitely pushed me. Did a hand stand against the wall and then proceeded to collapse onto my head so that must have looked pretty funny. Feel good now tho.

Running race 54:59 [4] 10.0 km (5:30 / km)

Mother's Day classic 10km. Wasn't the best preparation when my alarm didn't go off and I woke up at 7.50 when the race started at 8.30. Made it ok but still felt half asleep. So many people this year and the fog was pretty cool- it was like all the buildings across the lake were floating in the clouds.
Started off slow- my second km over kings ave bridge was 6min because there were so many ppl- but ended up ok. Wouldn't want to get much slower.

MTB 45:00 [3]

Cruisey ride around Bruce ridge with Ria, Peter and Jose. Haven't been on the mtb all year so it was really fun to get out. Bruce was pretty dusty and slippery.

Running 45:00 [2]

Easy run around the lake after work with friends from work. Still recovering from my cold so this was a good first run.
