Snafu on number six. Took the safe recovery option up to the track and in from behind. Very nicely chosen control site.

My usual 2 k tempo run. The time was so slow I decided I needed to repeat it and do a little better.

The second run was much better. It was one of those rare experiences of enjoyable running. Wish they were all like this.

Intended to run the new tracks at Sedgwick with GPS logger. Turned out body wasn't really keen on the idea, so it became a fast walk. Lots of new tracks for the map. Will take a couple more visits.
