Trot around South Park. Kept it easy and just enjoyed being outside. Started off with the full white loop and felt great at the bottom of the buffalo hill so looped back around and did the flat white loop in the reverse direction.

Shuttle run map exercise in my backyard. Not quite 50m between the maps. It was easier to memorize control locations than I was anticipating (22/23). Tired quads from strength.

2 mile warmup. 1 min on / 1 min off x 11. Would have done a few more, but I got a terrible side cramp toward the end. It also started down pouring half way through. Called Kevin for a pickup at the trailhead because it didn’t seem very safe to run on the road when it was raining that hard.
