Final day today. Beautiful area!! Had a pretty okay race apart from one major mistake losing 5-6minutes! Just didn't keep track of where I was and ran blind!! Apart from that, really enjoyed it.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my week of orienteering and its helped me re-discover my love for orienteering. It has got me motivated and inspired watching a home WOC. Lets just say, we will see what happens..!

Really enjoyed the terrain today, it was tough physically and mentally!! Had one major blow out on one control which lost me the win and 5 minutes. Such a silly error, just stopped concentrating for a second!

Worst race today of the week by far! Was so scrappy in so many places. Not every good concentration and not reading the map enough. Finding it tricky to picture the terrain and again just think it was a lack of concentration! Lovely area though :)

What a beautiful area. I absolutely loved it!! Ran my heart out and really pleased with my position seeing as I was an early starter too. Glad I was as the area wasn't ruined my elephant tracks. Was panting away when I finished and pushed so hard!!

Bit of a grotty area but I really loved it still. It was very physically demanding and glad I didn't have any further than this!!

No mistakes made, was so chuffed with myself! A lot of hesitations and self doubt though. Got round in one piece though which was the aim!! Really enjoyed it and had a great time out there!! Came second as well!

Orienteering race (Sprint) 17:18 [5] 3.5 km (4:57 / km)

Watched the WOC Sprint Relay which was so exciting! Emma..what a god on first leg!! Had so much fun spectating so was really geared up and looking forward to getting out there myself.

Was very, very cold to warm up and I was so hungry and tired (had to get up 1.30am to travel up today) but got jogging round.

I loved itttttt!!!!! I had so much fun which was the aim. Tried to push myself. Coming up to the spectator I was really feeling it but then carried on pushing after that. Really enjoyed the last section. VERY pleased with my time consider how long it's been since I last did a sprint race and that I have no speed from extremely lack of training.

Game on with Daneo for run in times this week..he did 12s and I did 14s!! (Dad did 22s haha!!)

Early morning circuits which I was expecting as thought Body Pump express was on. Absolutely killed me!! Really good and fun though. Pushed really hard and got so competitive with the girl I was paired up with, she was a bit of a beast too!!

Tricep push ups, med ball slams with 8kg ball , front squats with 15kg plate, squat clean and press with 6kg each dumbells, burpees and sprints.

30s on/10s off x 3 rounds with a minute rest between
Final round = 2 rounds of circuits 20s on/10s off with no rest inbetween
7 AM

Gym - Weight Training (Chest & Shoulders) 25:00 [3]

Chest and shoulders. Was ruined from circuits though!

Warm up on chest press 2 x 10 10kg

Chest Press 4 x 6 25kg
Upright Row x Shoulder Press with 17kg barbell 4 x 6 x 6
Stabding Cable Fly 4 x 6 8.5kg
