Ran pretty well considering lately not being able to shake my pain in my right leg.
My aim was to keep ahead of Oli for as long as possible.... which I think i did for about 5km with a 2 min head start... not so bad. But when he passed me he was going much quicker and I couldn't even hang on.
Spiked most controls, but messed up towards the end with some hesitations but no misses. Overall happy.

Hit the 'energy wall' with about 5 km to go as I didnt really have much to eat for lunch, so started and stopped a lot... so there's about 3km missing from where I wasn't really 'running'. Banana to the rescue!
