Loughborough Road Run / Mapping Peep

ran around the streets in the rain and had a look to see what I could map in the lough. Pushed it on the hills and felt a little niggle in my right ankle.

Do not go to Derby and try and park in the new Westfield centre...

went shopping for 3 hours then sat in the car for 2 trying to get out of the stupidly designed car park which exits out onto the busiest road in Derby!

Bradgate Park to Home

Did 1 hill rep of Old John's Tower (Up the crags from the car park - touch the tower then down again) then back across the golf courses through broombriggs then back through woodhouse and across the fields.

Great Route and went really hard through the fields to push for the end. Loved it and it was also really mild.

General Stretching whilst watching Moonraker to get some flexibility in my legs again - specifically my right one.
